Bio

Joe Horrox was born in Hazleton, PA and is the youngest of three sons.  Joe graduated with honors from Wilkes College in 1984, with a degree in Political Science. While at Wilkes, Joe was President of the Political Science Club as well as the Wilkes Chapter of COPUS – the Coalition of Professional University Students, an organization dedicated to assisting other college students with financial assistance. Joe later went on to study at Stetson Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree with honors in 1987. Joe is a top 10% graduate of Stetson Law School with a class ranking of 14 out of 133 students. While at Stetson, Joe became a published author on the Stetson Law Review for his scholarly article entitled “Florida’s Waiver of Sovereign Immunity: Fact or Fiction?” Upon graduation from law school, Joe moved to the Daytona Beach area where he has been practicing law ever since. Joe Horrox has been practicing law for over 30 years, primarily representing the rights of accident victims injured from motorcycle, auto, trucking, and slip and fall accidents. Joe has actually handled several thousand claims against insurance companies, successfully recovering medical expenses, wage loss, and pain and suffering damages for his clients.
